REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At IziUp, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Volianskyi Philipp Andriiovych, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our users. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your subscription and the specific circumstances under which refunds are issued.

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
1.1. Freedom to Cancel
You may cancel your IziUp subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard at app.iziup.com under the "Billing" or "Subscription" section.

1.2. Effective Date of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). No further charges will be made to your account after the cancellation is processed.

1.3. Data Retention
After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the "Free" plan. Your quizzes and collected leads will be stored for a period of 6 months, after which they may be permanently deleted unless a new paid plan is activated.

2. REFUND POLICY
2.1. General Rule
As IziUp provides a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that is accessible immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind," lack of usage, or if you decide the service is no longer needed.

2.2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are strictly limited to cases where the Service is significantly non-functional due to issues on our side. You are eligible for a full or partial refund if:

Technical Failure: A major bug or system error on our side prevents the Platform or the Quiz Widgets from functioning as described for more than 48 consecutive hours.

Billing Errors: You were accidentally overcharged or billed multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system glitch.

Non-Delivery of Service: The paid features were not activated in your account within 24 hours of a successful payment, and our support team could not resolve the issue manually.

2.3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Incompatibility with your specific CMS if it was not mentioned in our official compatibility list.

Lack of sales or conversion results (we provide the tool, but the business results depend on your traffic and marketing).

Suspension of your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Requests made more than 14 days after the billing date.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund based on the criteria in Section 2.2, please contact our support team:

Required Information: Your account email, transaction date, amount, and a detailed description (with screenshots/logs) of the technical issue on our side.

Our team will investigate the claim and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. CHARGEBACKS
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first attempting to resolve the matter with our support team is considered a violation of our Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and provide evidence of the service delivery to the bank.
