Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. The Free plan is permanently free and requires no payment information. You only need a card when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account dashboard under Billing or Subscription. Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing cycle — no mid-cycle penalties or partial charges.
What happens to my quizzes and leads if I cancel? +
Your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. Your quizzes and collected leads are stored for 6 months. After that they may be permanently deleted unless you reactivate a paid plan.
How does annual billing work? +
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate — roughly 30% less than paying month to month. Starter goes from $9.99/mo to $99/yr ($8.25/mo effective). Business from $99.99/mo to $969/yr ($80.75/mo effective).
What is a mid-cycle limit reset? +
If you hit your monthly view or lead cap before your billing cycle renews, you can request a one-time reset for 50% of your current monthly plan price. On Pro ($14.99/mo) that's just $7.50. Contact [email protected] to request one.
Do you offer refunds? +
Refunds are issued only for verified technical failures on our side lasting 48+ hours, billing errors, or non-delivery of paid features. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date to [email protected]. We do not refund for change of mind or lack of sales results. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately so you can start using the higher limits right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you always get the full value of what you've already paid for.
What counts as a "view"? +
A view is counted each time a unique visitor loads your quiz widget — whether embedded on a page, opened via popup, or accessed through the direct shareable link. Bot traffic and builder preview sessions do not count.
What do White-label and No Watermark include? +
White-label lets you replace IziUp branding with your own logo, colors, and domain. "No watermark" removes the "Powered by IziUp" badge from the quiz widget footer. Both are available on Pro, Max, and Business plans.
What is the quiz embed limit? +
You can embed the same quiz on as many pages as you like — that counts as one quiz. The quiz limit refers to the number of distinct quiz projects in your account, not the number of pages where a quiz is embedded.
