This Delivery Policy describes how IziUp, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Volianskyi Philipp Andriiovych, delivers its software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to customers.
1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLYIziUp provides exclusively digital services. We do not ship physical products, hardware, or boxed software. All services are accessed via the Internet.
2. DELIVERY PROCESS2.1. Immediate AccessUpon successful completion of the registration process at app.iziup.com, the User is granted immediate access to the "Free" version of the Platform.
2.2. Subscription ActivationWhen a User purchases a paid subscription (Start, Pro, or Max):
Timing: The paid features and increased limits are activated automatically within minutes of the payment confirmation.
Confirmation: A payment confirmation and subscription activation notice will be sent to the User’s registered email address.
Failure to Activate: In the rare event that paid features are not activated within 1 hour of payment, the User should contact our support team at .moc.puizi%40troppus
3. ACCESSING THE SERVICEThe Service is considered "delivered" when the User can log in to app.iziup.com and access the dashboard, quiz builder, and analytics tools corresponding to their selected plan.
4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSTo receive the Service, the User must have:
A stable Internet connection.
A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
An active website (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to install the quiz widget script.
5. GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONSAs a digital service, IziUp is available globally. However, we comply with all international sanctions and local regulations. We reserve the right to restrict service delivery in certain jurisdictions if required by law or payment processor requirements.
