The Story Behind IziUp 🚀

This product wasn’t built to follow a trend. It came from a real problem: our e-commerce store couldn’t handle the constant stream of repetitive customer questions.

The Decision Problem 📞

While running our store, we noticed a pattern: a large portion of users didn’t buy right away. Instead, they reached out with the same question:

"I see dozens of options… which one is actually right for me?"

We spent hours repeating the same answers. The insight was simple: users don’t need more filters — they need clear guidance based on their goal. So we automated that process.

🔧

Power Tools

The Problem: Customers don’t understand the difference between models — power, torque, battery type, and use case.
The Solution: A short quiz defines the task (drilling, cutting, grinding), usage frequency, and budget. Output: 2–3 relevant tools.

💻

Complex Electronics

The Problem: Choosing a laptop or camera is overloaded with specs.
The Solution: A single key question — “what do you need it for?” — removes unnecessary options and shows only relevant ones.

🧴

Skincare & Beauty

The Problem: Too many products with highly individual needs.
The Solution: A quiz collects basic parameters and builds a simple, personalized routine.

🚴

Sports & Hobby

The Problem: The right choice depends on skill level and intent.
The Solution: The quiz identifies experience and budget, narrowing down to suitable options.
